Besides that and the one for the Midwest District (&lt;a href="http://midwest-prsa.blogspot.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://midwest-prsa.blogspot.com&lt;/a&gt;) that Kami picked up, I haven't seen any new PRSA blogs starting -- or at least, if they are starting up, they're not being monitored by Blogdigger, Blogpulse, Technorati, Icerocket, etc. yet.
