Sometimes, in researching material for a post, one discovers that someone else has already written just what you wanted. So I’m pointing to PR meets the WWW and their post on the controversial Edelman/Technorati survey. It presents a reasonable list

In fact, Guidewire was more upfront about the study’s limitations then Edelman (we’re still waiting for Edelman’s official report about the methodology, two weeks after the results were released).
